    As co-founding partner of CMG, Rich leads consumer-centric marketing programs that change minds, reinforce behaviors, and impact growth.  With over 25 years of consulting and marketing experience, his work in telecommunications includes projects for Sprint Nextel, XM Radio, British Telecom, and Equinox Health Clubs.  Prior to CMG, Rich consulted for the telecommunication industries largest companies.  As a senior manager at MCI, he lead the development of Friends & Family, MCI International, and 1-800-COLLECT.

    A marketer with the mind of an engineer, Russ brings a data-crunching analytical mind to our clients’ marketing efforts through all touch points. As a co-founding partner of CMG, he works to help our clients see the opportunities behind the numbers in order to achieve meaningful results. Prior to founding CMG, Russ worked with a variety of telecom and Internet companies to bring new products and services to market. In addition, Russ had a previous career as an engineer developing high-speed computer systems from which he holds multiple patents in the field of vision and control systems.

    Mark brings depth of expertise to his work helping clients realize potential through marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. With over 15 years as a manager, executive, and consultant, he has led companies and supported clients in wireless firms and integrated cable and telecom companies from challenger brands to industry leaders. As a partner at CMG, Mark is a valuable leader working directly with our clients’ senior executives and our own consulting team to bring ideas and people together for success.

    Mark Schweitzer brings 30 years of experience in marketing and product management to CMG and our clients. After several roles at the executive levels of marketing, Mark has really taken to being part of a results-oriented team of consultants focused on creating growth through strategy, intelligence, action, and measurement. Mark understands what CMOs face with the increased focus on digital marketing, data analysis, and speed-to-market. As a go-getter himself, Mark enjoys working with clients who are ready to take action to be more strategic, perform better, and create more growth.

With a background working for such telecom and wireless leaders as Nextel, Sprint and NII Holdings, Kenyon has gained his marketing experience managing areas related to pricing, segmentation and new product opportunities.

This talent may come from his unique skill set acquired over a non-linear career that includes stints as a consultant, brand manager, and a founder of startups.

    Focusing on the daily financial operations, Brad serves CMG to provide a perspective of the company’s financial well-being. Prior to CMG, Brad held various accounting positions within companies of all sizes including Siemens Industry Inc. He brings a depth of knowledge in Accounting and hopes to broaden his expertise with CMG. Brad earned a B.S. in Business Administration from High Point University and has his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

    With over 15 years designing and delivering successful growth initiatives, Leah brings an innovative approach to the way established companies seek new business. She contributes leadership to CMG in her management style and contributions to business development. Leah brings experience on new product development, sales, and client services at FreedomPay. At Colgate Palmolive and Reckitt & Colman, she led growth initiatives for several well-known CPG brands, including Irish Spring, Palmolive, and Woolite.

    Bader keeps asking WHY until he puts his finger on the problem. He describes himself as a generalist and problem solver and uses data and systems-thinking to find the best solution. Bader brings an extensive knowledge in business analytics, strategic analysis and data visualization. As a former Data Analyst at a major U.S. Bank, Bader led analytics projects that helped the leadership monitor and predict the performance of the business. Bader has an MBA from Duke University and an MSc in Systems Analysis and Policy Design from James Madison University.

    Justin joined CMG from our Summer Internship Program. He’s a graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill with a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in consulting and international business. Justin hit the ground running proving his strengths in designing and articulating market research studies to inform branding and go-to-market strategies. He has a talent for synthesizing data into practical insights that improve our client’s ability to make strategic decisions.

    Kelley is a rock star consultant specializing in building and executing modern, integrated marketing campaigns. Known for exceeding expectations, Kelley keeps things moving for a variety of Comcast and XFINITY clients, while also leading trainings for our core CMG team. Before CMG, she worked at Fraser Wallace Advertising managing marketing campaigns for Ryland Homes and The Residences at CityCenterDC. Kelley also launched local social media campaigns and managed online marketing for major national restaurant brands.

Erin is a certified scrum master and supports the firm’s marketing performance and A4M™ practice to help her clients get the highest impact from their marketing activities.

As a CMG consultant, Sumeyya was instrumental in developing our market-leading Agile for Marketing™ practice and worked with Fortune 500 clients on new product launches, process improvement and marketing automation platforms. Sumeyya has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and is certified in Agile Leadership.

    Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the CMG team; but perhaps her greatest contribution is her ability to make CMG add up to more than the sum of its parts. Starting her career as a technical writer and support staff at MicroStrategy in Washington D.C., she was responsible for developing and commercializing their Knowledge Management program. Renee worked for Duke University’s Global MBA program and coordinating student’s studies, events and school sessions.

    With her overview of the firm’s operations, Judy is the one who lets us know where we came from, where we are, and, maybe most importantly, where we are going. Before joining CMG, she has served as an accountant for a number for businesses across several of industries, including senior care, pharmacy and marketing consulting. Along with her accounting background, she spent a period of time working as an industrial engineer.

Stephen brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in the telecom, cable, and technology sectors across both B2B and B2C markets. He most recently served as VP of marketing, customer insights and analytics, for NII Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for driving best practices across disciplines for five international markets and 11 million customers.

Ray brings our clients a unique ability to communicate business needs in the technical language of the IT space, which compliments his experience delivering critical insights to senior leadership teams.

    With over 25 years of marketing experience, Maria heads up our office in Denver and serves our clients there. Her powerful combination of marketing acumen and experience has a direct impact on CMG’s Rocky Mountain clients and beyond. Prior to CMG, Maria was a managing partner at The Marketing Department, the vice president of global marketing for Level 3 Communications, and spent 11 years at Sprint in retail marketing and IP convergence.
